We already re-did our fridge with my pregnancy diet. Which includes:
* No tuna or fish containing mercury
* No caffeine
* No lunch meat (except natural meat without nitrates)
* No high fructose corn syrup
* High fiber breads and cereals
* No un-pasturized cheeses
* No processed meats (like lil smokies or hot dogs)
And other crap I cant think of ha ha
Not that it really matters, I've been nauseous and throwing up since day one, so food is the last thing I want! Luckily I found a thing called Sea Bands, which is basically two wrists bands you wear that apply pressure to a certain point on your wrist, using acupuncture, and it really helps me!
We've already come up with some names and what not. We'd really like to have a girl this time around, since having 3 kids sounds like way too much work! But of course we will be happy either way!
We are trying to help Brody understand that a new baby is coming but he doesn't seem to get it yet. Which is expected!
I havent seen my OB yet since I'm only about 5 weeks along (which puts my due date in mid August), but when I do I will post more info!
